Education is most powerful when it’s experienced, not just explained. At Samar Global High School, we bring learning out of the classroom and into interactive, purpose-built environments: the Science Park and the Health Park.
The Science Park is an open-air laboratory where students explore scientific principles through hands-on models and installations. From simple machines to physics concepts and biological phenomena, students interact with real-life mechanisms that bring abstract ideas to life. It makes learning memorable, tactile, and joyful—an essential step toward deeper understanding.
Adjacent to the Kindergarten play area is our thoughtfully designed Health Park, where foundational physical skills are nurtured in early learners. It integrates fun and movement with lessons in well-being, balance, and motor development. This area is more than a playground—it’s a safe, nurturing space where children connect physical activity with body awareness and health literacy.
These parks embody our philosophy: that true learning happens through engagement, exploration, and movement. They support multiple intelligences, stimulate curiosity, and provide a more inclusive way to understand complex concepts. At SGHS, we believe that every corner of the campus should educate—and our parks do exactly that.
