In compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the school has established an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).

Note: At least 50% of the committee members are women.
A dedicated E–mail ID — support_posh@samarglobalhighschool.com — is available for submitting complaints directly to the ICC. This email is accessible only by authorized ICC members to ensure strict confidentiality.
All complaints will be handled with sensitivity, neutrality, and confidentiality, and within the following timeframes:
Complaint Submission – Within 3 months of the incident
Notice to Respondent – Within 7 days of receiving complaint
Completion of Inquiry -Within 90 days
Submission of ICC Report – Within 10 days of completing inquiry
Implementation of Action – Within 60 days
Appeal (if required) – Within 90 days of recommendation
